Hunter AI provides drone-based inspection, analysis, and reporting services for transmission towers and related assets.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide safe access to sites and necessary permits

  • Ensure compliance with relevant WHS laws and regulations

  • Notify us of site hazards in advance

 

3. Data & Intellectual Property

  • Data we capture (imagery, LiDAR, reports) remains the property of Hunter A.I. until full payment is received

  • Once paid, clients receive a license to use the data for internal purposes

  • AI analysis outputs are indicative and should be validated prior to remedial work

 

4. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Inaccuracies caused by restricted site access, environmental factors, or client-provided data

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Our total liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

 

5. Payment

Invoices are due within [insert days] days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

 

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be addressed in good faith through negotiation before any legal proceedings.
